Okay, so Barack Obama now officially has another crazy person in his entourage, Father Michael Pflager. This makes crazy person number 5.

Crazy person number 1 is Obama's pastor of two decades, Rev. Jeremiah Wright
Crazy person number 2 is Obama's wife, Michelle "Proud of her country for the first time" Obama
Crazy people numbers 3 and 4 are the unrepentant terrorists Bill Ayers and his wife Bernadine Dohrn

Would crazy person number 6 please stand?

Six months ago Obama probably thought that the Rezko bombshell was the worst that could happen to him. But the crazy that surrounds Obama continues to dramatically eclipse the junior senator's first major scandal. I still marvel that Hillary has not managed to take the lead from him.

But I forget, Obama is the great uniter (despite the divisive and hateful preaching he has absorbed for he last 20 years), the great optimist (in contrast to his decidedly pessimistic wife) and the great visionary who will lead us all toward a better tomorrow (and he'll start by sitting down sans preconditions with the madman Ahmadinejad--while refusing to meet with Gen. David Petraeus)

Obama is neither a uniter nor a great thinker. He is an ultra left wing politician who moves in an odd and in some cases disturbing circle. Though meticulously polished and generally careful to stick to the talking points, he has been careless enough on a number of occasions to allow us to see the radical liberal within. This is the man who referred to a baby as a punishment. This is man who attempted to mitigate the problem of his pastor with his cynical, throw (that racist) grandma (who helped raise me) from the train speech. And most recently, this is the man who in a Memorial Day speech felt the need to imply that American Servicemen are sexual predators.

I am, generally speaking, conservative on most issues. It's probably a safe bet to say that anything your run of the mill liberal is fer (say Joe Biden), I'm agin'. But Obama is far beyond your run of the mill liberal. I suspect that we will be treated to some new oddities surfacing from the distubing waters in which he swims before this election is through.
